SHIPPING INFORMATION

PROCESSING AND DELIVERING TIMES​

Orders received before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) are processed the same day and shipped and delivered Monday thru Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excludes national holidays) will be processed the following business day (during Summer months, orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following business day). Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska may require additional processing times to confirm your details with your card issuer.

All orders require signature upon delivery.

Holiday Processing Times: Please note any orders received during the holiday time period can take 1-3 days to process and ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer International Economy (via DHL) and International Priority (via DHL) shipping options for international customers. Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

PACKAGING DETAILS

We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature FAITHGEMS packaging. If it's for you or for someone you love, each package will receive a beautiful gift box, polishing cloth, care instructions and a jewelry pouch for safekeeping.

ORDER DELIVERY

All packages require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. FAITHGEMS does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES). Deliveries will only occur Monday - Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.

CARE & REPAIRS

PRODUCT CARE

FaithGems's jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. Proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty and shine of your FaithGems's jewelry. Periodic examination of clasps and settings to ensure a secure fit is recommended. Take care to avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia and remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water or the ocean. Always put your jewelry on after you dress to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals.

STORAGE

When it is not being worn, always store your jewelry in its original case. If this is impractical, use a suitably lined box or protective pouch. To avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately and bracelets should always be stored flat. Never store your FAITHGEMS Silver in a leather pouch or bag. To avoid accelerated tarnishing always store your FAITHGEMS Silver in the special pouches provided.

SILVER

Exposure to air, dust or other elements, particularly those containing sulfur, may cause sterling silver to tarnish more rapidly. There are a number of non-abrasive polishes on the market specifically designed to remove tarnish. Always read the warning label and take care when using polishes on jewelry containing gemstones. Never store your FAITHGEMS Silver jewelry in a leather pouch or bag.

GEMSTONES

Special attention should be paid to FAITHGEMS gemstone jewelry. Avoid extreme temperature changes and contact with household chemicals. Never expose stones to hot solutions, abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. With the exception of pearls, which require special care, gemstones may be cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner.

FAITHGEMS turquoise and pearl jewelry require special care to keep the stones looking their best. Never let these stones come in contact with creams, ammoniated liquid, nail polish remover OR chlorinated water (swimming pools, etc.).

LEATHER

Avoid contact with water or other liquids. If your FAITHGEMS leather bracelet becomes soiled, it can be cleaned with saddle soap followed by a treatment of commercial beeswax polish.

Adopting a few simple everyday habits can ensure your cherished beaded bracelets maintain their luster and durability.
Always clasp your bracelets gently to avoid stretching or breaking the delicate strings.

Take it off when needed: While gemstone bracelets are relatively durable, it's a good idea to remove them when engaging in activities that could put excessive strain on the bracelet, such as showering, swimming, heavy lifting or vigorous physical activities. Also, remove the bracelet before swimming, bathing, or using harsh chemicals.

Avoid Contact with Chemicals: Chemicals in beauty products, perfumes, and household cleaners can potentially damage the gemstones and weaken the elastic.

Mindful Handling: Be gentle when pulling on and take off your bracelet. Avoid pulling or tugging at the gemstones, as this can stress the elastic and potentially lead to breakage.

Proper cleaning and storage are also key. Gently wipe down your bracelets with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and oil buildup.
Avoid submerging them in water, which can weaken the strings.


And store your collection safely in a cool, dry place – a jewelry box with separate compartments is ideal to prevent tangling.

REPAIRS

Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. Please contact the repairs department at admins@faithgemsjewelry.com to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed once a photo of the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the FAITHGEMS Repair Representative.

If your order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform the repairs department immediately. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair. Please email the repair department at admins@faithgemsjewelry.com to arrange any repairs. Please ship the order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.

Repairs or alterations that have been done outside of the FAITHGEMS repairs department completely void any FAITHGEMS warranty, and the items will not be able to be serviced by the FAITHGEMS repairs team.

WARRENTY

Damaged items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in exchange for a replacement or free repair please email
admins@faithgemsjewelry.com to receive a shipping label.

FaithGemsJewelry reserves the right to refuse exchanges at our discretion.

Q: How do I find my bracelet size ?

Q: Will FAITHGEMS Make Pieces In Other Metals Besides Gold And Sterling Silver?

A: Though we try to accommodate a customer’s request, we will only produce our pieces in 18K yellow, white or rose gold and sterling silver.

Q: What Credit Cards Do You Accept?

A: We accept the following credit cards:

Once the credit card is approved the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. For example, if you order an item on Monday and it does not ship until Thursday of that week, your credit card will be charged on Thursday, the day the item ships out.

Please note if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, the order is automatically cancelled.

If you would like to use two credit cards, you may place a phone order and let us know the amount to charge on each credit card.

Q: Do You Charge Sales Tax To My State?

We hold a high standard for our products and promise we’ll do our best to perform with excellence. In the rare case our products don’t meet your expectations, let us know and we’ll gladly exchange it for something you love or provide you with a code to use for store credit Please enter your personal store credit code at checkout. You can email us at admins@faithgemsjewelry.com with any questions or ship back to ............................................ You will receive a credit to use.  

Exchanges must take place within 30 days of the date your order was received and the returned item(s) must be in the original condition. Credits are valid for one year, from the date issued.
